DVR

I love the DVR!!!
I'm not so great with tech, but I truly love being able to pause (then restart) my show to take a call. I don't have to feel like I'm missing something I want to watch when I have to speak with someone, or take care of something. Friday night my son called during 'Ghost Whisperer' (one of my favorites) and I didn't miss any of it in order to speak with him. Last week one of my students was on a show on ABC and thanks to that "awesome contraption" I could run it back and watch him frame by frame...it was very cool :)

I record craft shows on DIY and watch them the following Saturday morning. This morning I recorded 'Sunday Morning on CBS' while I watched several hours of silver jewelry on another channel, then watched Sunday Morning without commercial interruptions (almost).

I'd like to kiss the guy who perfected this fabulous gadget!

ATC's are little works of art.

I've been making them for a few years

off and on. I thought about this one today because we recently visited the zoo and spent some time looking at the tigers there. Sometimes it doesn't sing, but the title of this card (from a few years back) happened to me "San Francisco Sings.

I just can't figure out what happened with that now famous tiger. :(
